Often the rear lights (LED) burn out due to the construction of the driver LEDs. It overheats and breaks down. This board is not sold separately, and manufacturers suggest buying the entire taillight, which is very expensive. Used taillights can also fail at any time. This is a known design limitation of the F25. Our chips correct this design issue and include protection against transient voltages.
