Turn the MIN knob counterclockwise to get the expected brightness. Turn on and off, no waiting required. Electronic overheating protection, shutdown at 80, automatically opens below 80 It should be noted that the required LED bulbs must be dimmable to avoid flickering problems with this type of dimmer.
