Under the soldering temperature, through the evaporation of and some additives, the soldered components and the printed circuit board are soldered together (permanent connection). Instruction: 1. The temperature of the solder paste should be raised to ambient temperature (25C) before opening, and the temperature recovery time is about 3-4 hours. It is forbidden to use other heaters to increase the temperature instantly. 2. After opening the solder paste, it is recommended to use it within 24 hours at room temperature. 3. When placed in the air for a long time, the solder paste will become a tin block due to moisture absorption. 4. The indoor temperature is controlled at 22-28C, and the humidity is RH30-60% as the best working environment. 5. To wipe the wrong substrate, it is recommended to use industrial alcohol or industrial cleaner. Preservation method: 1. The solder paste should be kept at 1-10C. 2.
