PCB-mounted DC-DC boost converter designed for solar and mobile power applications, sized approx. 75 × 60 mm (2.95 × 2.36 inches). Accepts DC input from 12V to 60V and delivers fully adjustable DC output from 12V to 80V, rated for continuous 600W operation. Supports input current up to 16A and output current from 0.1A to 12A. Operates at 150kHz with >95% peak conversion efficiency. Built-in thermal management via integrated heatsink, plus over-current, short-circuit, and reverse-current protection. Suitable for solar panel voltage stabilisation, electric vehicle accessory powering, and industrial DC power conditioning where precise, stable boosting is required.
