Beginner-Friendly Yarn Marimba Mallets

This pair of marimba mallets features a classic mushroom-shaped head fully wrapped in strong, tightly spun yarn — engineered to produce a gentle, full-bodied tone ideal for developing proper stroke technique and dynamic sensitivity. The handle is made from smooth, non-slip fiberglass, offering excellent rigidity and consistent weight distribution. Total pair length is approximately 39 cm; each mallet weighs approx. 90–100 g. Surface finish is uniformly smooth with no rough edges or seams — enhancing grip comfort and reducing hand fatigue. Suitable for standard 4.3-octave and 5-octave marimbas, as well as compatible bass-range percussion such as low vibraphone, concert bass chimes, and tuned log drums.
