Dual-Side Tailors Ham Polyester

Measuring 18 cm long, 9 cm high, with a wide end of 16 cm and narrow end of 10 cm, this dressmaking ham is purpose-built for shaping curved garment sections. Its outer shell is made from tightly woven polyester fabric, selected for durability and resistance to heat and abrasion. Inside, it is densely packed with natural sawdust — providing firm, uniform resistance that holds shape under iron pressure without shifting or settling. One side features a checked pattern ideal for low-to-medium temperature fabrics such as wool and acrylics; the opposite smooth white side is suited for medium-to-high heat applications on linen, cotton, and blends. The seamless, gently tapered profile supports precise pressing of collars, sleeves, darts, seams, and waistbands — whether used externally under fabric or inserted directly inside tubular pieces.
