Fixed-Angle Roller Guided Sharpener

A minimalist yet highly functional sharpening jig built around three core elements: an adjustable dual-plate clamp for securing blades by their shank; a precision-machined metal roller that ensures linear, vibration-free motion; and a rigid frame that locks the blade at a repeatable angle against the abrasive surface. It works with all standard manual sharpening media — from Arkansas stones to 3M sandpaper sheets — and delivers clean, sharp edges on carving knives, leather knives, and chisels. Its design prioritises mechanical integrity over complexity, offering dependable performance without batteries, magnets, or calibration steps.
