Multi Position Adjustable Window Stay

Two-piece window stay set engineered for stability and control. Each stay is 24 cm in length, constructed from corrosion-resistant zinc-plated steel, with 8 mm diameter mounting holes. Features five clearly defined locking notches plus infinite tension adjustment via a front-facing screw — enabling firm holding at any angle within its range. Functions as both a position regulator and safety limiter: holds sashes open at user-selected angles, prevents over-opening, and damps movement caused by drafts or accidental contact. The dual adjustment system ensures long-term reliability even on heavier or older windows where factory-installed hardware has degraded. Suited to everyday UK home environments — especially high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens, upper-floor rooms needing supervised ventilation, and period properties where full window replacement isn’t practical or permitted.
