Compatible with SPI, IIC, UART interfaces for communication. Effective communication distance is 5 cm. Supports ISO14443 TYPE A and B standards. Working voltage: 3.3V; Power supply voltage: 3.3~5.5V; Maximum supply current: 150mA; Operating current (standby mode): 100mA; Operating current (write/read mode): 120mA. Interface: 20pins standard SPI interface; Color: as shown in the picture; Material: PCB; Size: 79x48x11mm. Package Contents: 1 * Reader Module.
