Full Compatibility with TMC2208: The 2.5A UART silent driver stepstick is a replacement for the TMC2208, providing all the same functionalities. Enhanced Heat Dissipation: Equipped with a large heatsink, the silent stepstick driver offers excellent heat dissipation, ensuring reliable performance. Sensorless Stall Detection Support: The silent stepstick with heatsink supports sensorless stall detection, eliminating the need for additional sensors. UART Mode Support: By adding a jumper cap (no soldering required), the 2.5A peak current silent stepstick driver can be easily configured for UART mode on KS Gen IV2.0, SKR 1.3/1.4, and MKS SGen_L boards. The TMC2209 V2.0 stepper motor driver is designed for high performance and efficiency. With a compact size of 20.00 x 15.00 x 11.00 mm, it operates at a default current of 1.25 A and supports a maximum current of 2.5 A. It accepts logic voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V and an input voltage range of 5.5 V to 28 V. Microstepping resolution supports up to 1/256 steps.
