FOOD GRADE MATERIAL & NON-STICK COATING - Bread baking pans are made of premium carbon steel that is strong and thicker than standard materials. Excellent heat resistance allows for a maximum baking temperature of 500°F, making it safe for oven use. PERFORATED DESIGN - The baking pan features perforations that allow air to circulate evenly around the dough and help moisture escape, promoting a crispy, golden crust. EASY TO CLEAN - The pan is easy to clean with hand washing. Avoid using a dishwasher, steel wool, or other abrasive cleaning tools to preserve the non-stick coating. Dry thoroughly after washing. Please note: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and display differences. These variations do not affect product performance.
