This is vitally important as it may affect the adhesion of the tape to the skinGently peel off the plastic protectors from the cups and side wings and retain for storage. Lean forward and allow your breasts to fit into the upper part of the bra cups. The U shape is designed to sit lower than your breasts. How to remove: Gently and slowly peel the side wings and then the cups away from the skin Reapply the plastic protectors to the side wings and cups to keep the adhesive areas free from contamination and to help retain its stickiness
