Usage Tips:100% quality assurance tested, more responsive, less expensive, easier to install. Unique steel template is included which greatly improves cut out accuracy. On K-swapped cars without heater cores and top mounted shifters, most people would pass the shifter cables somewhere through the firewall.Sometimes the existing hole for the heater core is used and sometimes people prefer to drill a hole slightly lower on the firewall. Either way works fine but you are always left with some ugly space around the cables after installation. The Cable Grommet has a billet frame with a 7/16inch thick rubber grommet in it. Simply drill 4 holes in the corners of the frame and fasten in place with the included hardware. Application: For 92-00 Honda Civic. For 94-01 Acura Integra. For K-Series motors,such as K20 K20a2 K20z(DC2/EG/EK, or RSX Box) Great for race cars and anywhere shifter cables are passed through a firewall.
