Disconnect the power to the pump and according to the size of the installation space 2. Open the faucet and install the pressure tank in series at the water outlet end of the pump in the direction of any installed pressure tank. 3. Fix the water pipe firmly at the inlet and outlet, if not fixed tightly, it may lead to leakage or equipment failure. 4. After installation and connection, start the pump, wait for the water to run through the whole system, water flows out from the terminal equipment, and exhaust the air from the whole piping system. Safety Precautions. 1. Pre inflation pressure value of 10psi (0.7kg), pressure inside the pressure tank exceeds 125psi, may lead to tank explosion, resulting in personal injury. 2. The pressure inside the pressure tank is less than the pump start pressure value of 3-5psi, and the pump is the best match. 3. Use a pump with a pressure gauge through the valve at the back of the tank to adjust the pressure of the air inside the tank. Working Principle of Pressure Tank A. The factory has pre filled pressure for the tanks before leaving the factory B. Turn on the pump, water into the pressure tank, when the pressure tank is filled, the pump stops working. C. When water is needed, the water in the pressure tank enters the pipe first due to the air pressure in the liner.
