If you want to install it on an M365 scooter, you need to change the Bluetooth board to our version, and the motor needs to be upgraded to a higher specification. Attention A. To use this controller, you may need to replace the Bluetooth board and controller with our compatible versions. B. This product modifies the software settings of the scooter to increase speed. If your original motor is 250W, achieving higher speeds may be limited, as the motor restricts overall performance. The motor may not support speeds up to 38km/h. For optimal results, upgrade to a 350W or higher motor. C. This product is intended for private use only. The controller has two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode – up to 20km/h. Factory default setting. (2) High-speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the scooter's meter on the top of the riser. Keep these screws for reassembly. 3. Open the riser cover. Locate the meter and the connected wire with a middle connector. Unplug the connector. 4. Insert the controller between the meter and the wire, ensuring proper alignment to avoid damaging internal pins. 5. Place the controller in the center of the riser and reinstall the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Pull the brake lever three times, then press the throttle three times. The controller will display the number 38, indicating the firmware update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this time. Wait until the display shows 0, indicating the update is complete. Turn off the scooter, then restart it. The scooter should now reach a maximum speed of 38km/h. Perform a test ride to confirm functionality.
