Remove the liner from the adhesive side of the sheet. 4. Gently press the sheet onto the scar area. Apply after surgical wounds have healed, typically 1–2 weeks after suture removal and once there is no oozing or crusting. Can be used immediately on older scars. Tips: Begin use once the wound has healed for at least 7 days. For existing scars, application can start immediately. Wear the silicone sheets for 4–8 hours per day initially, gradually increasing to up to 24 hours daily. For best results, use for a minimum of 12 hours per day.
