NOVOL PUTTY THERMO EPOXY 0.4KG EPOXY PUTTY Two-component epoxy putty designed to repair minor damage and unevenness of metal surfaces before applying powder paint.<br> It is characterized by a short curing time and high mechanical strength.<br> It is also characterized by excellent adhesion to metal substrates and high thermal resistance.<br> It can be cured in the air as well as in the oven.<br> Clean and sand the surface. Degrease the surface with PLUS 780. Observe the required amount of hardener. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a uniform color is obtained. Weight proportions of ingredients: 40 g of TERMO epoxy putty add 10 g of TERMO hardener to epoxy putty (4:1). Setting time: 30-60 minutes at temp. 20st C. Apply a layer with a thickness not exceeding 2mm with a spatula. Drying time: 2-3 days at temp. 20st C; 80 -120 min at temp. 60 degrees C; 40-50 minutes at temp. 120 degrees C; 20-30 minutes at temp. 160 degrees C. Pre-sand with P80-P120, finish with P240-P-600.
