Natural gas/propane gas. The basic setting is for natural gas and there is a conversion kit for propane gas. - Practical use scenarios: - High heat wok cooking for stir-fries and searing with the 3300 W double ring burner. - Simultaneous multi-dish meals using the two 1750 W semi-fast burners and the 1000 W burner. - Gentle simmering or sauce reductions on the 1000 W burner while other pots boil on the remaining zones.
