Made from high-density thickened oxford fabric with a flexible compression foam lining, this vest delivers protection, durability and breathability for tough workouts. Includes 12 sand weight bags (6 front, 6 back). You can add iron plates to reach up to 110 lbs total, with additional weights sold separately. Secure and adjustable fit: widened shoulder straps measure 6.3 x 4 inches for even load distribution, reducing strain on shoulders and back. The vest has 2 D-rings on each side and a Velcro waist strap, with the waist belt adjustable from 33 inches to 45 inches to fit a wide range of body sizes. Use scenarios: - Cardio and endurance training: run, walk, or ruck with added resistance to increase intensity. - Strength and conditioning: perform weighted squats, lunges, presses, and other exercises for greater effort. - Outdoor conditioning: hill climbs, stair workouts, and hiking with adjustable resistance. Notes: designed to support progressive loading up to 110 lbs via optional iron plates while using the included sand weight bags for immediate setup.
