How to change your password: There is a hole behind the lock. In the unlocked state, use a small stick to press the hole and simultaneously set your new password. Release the stick to complete the change. Please allow 1-5mm difference due to manual measurement. Why can't the lock rotate? After shipping, the password may be correct but the lock may not rotate. Do not worry—gently pull the 3-digit dial left and right, then reset to 000. Hold the handle (refer to picture 4) and firmly rotate to the right (may require slight force). The lock will then operate normally.
