How to Use: 1. Check the battery power of the glasses: 1) Gently press the power button. After selecting the desired light color, the lighting module will flash three times, indicating the start of light. You can set a time, wear it on your head, and the light will gradually up to maximum brightness within 60 seconds to allow your eyes to adjust. If you have the time, the light will automatically end when the set time is up. 4. Timer Setting: The light glasses can be set for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes, allowing users to adjust based on their individual needs. Once the desired light color is selected, press the power button to turn on the device. The three indicator lights on the right will illuminate: one light indicates 15 minutes, two lights indicate 30 minutes, and three lights indicate 45 minutes. The countdown is used for light for example, if you set it for 45 minutes, the 45 minute indicator light on the left will extinguish after 15 minutes of use, accompanied by an audible reminder.
