FIBRE SUPPLEMENT – Each of our fibre supplements serving of two psyllium husks capsules contains 4000mg from a 10:1 extract.
Psyllium, also known as Ispaghula, is a form of soluble fibre made from the husks of Plantago Ovata seeds.
