The board should not be unloaded, otherwise it will emit high-frequency noise, and then the MOS tube will heat up and burn out. 4. It is recommended to use 36V20A power supply for induction heating. The power of 12V power supply is too small and there is almost no response to heating. Moreover, the heating of 12V power supply will easily cause the output voltage of the power supply to decrease, and it is very dangerous if it is lower than 12V. 5. The induction heating power is very large, and heat is inevitable, so be sure to do a good job of heat dissipation. 6. Although this driver board can withstand currents above 20A, in order to prevent accidents and damage, it is recommended not to exceed 48V 20A. 7. The built-in heating ring has a diameter of 40mm and a rated voltage of 24V. If you use a voltage above 30V, you must use a heating ring with an inner diameter of 50mm or more. Both the fan and the water pump use 12V DC power supplies. Please power them separately to avoid burning the fan and water pump. 8. When doing induction heating, you should use the copper tube that is matched with this product, or wind it in accordance with the standard of 8 circles with an inner diameter of 40mm, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for any burning problem.
