The induction plate makes it possible to use all types of pots and pans on glass cooktop stove like stainless steel, aluminium, brass, glass cookware, pressure canner, ceramics/cast iron pot or pan, moka pot. No need to buy pots and pans. The top and the bottom part of the plate are made of stainless steel, the middle part is made of aluminum, allows a perfect heat transmission. It can diffuse the heat evenly. The heat diffuser simmers the food and improves the quality of your cooking. If you have small size pots which the stove can not recognize it, the induction plate is a good solution. Color variations are normal after using the board, it not affect the proper functioning of the board. But if there are rough bumps at the bottom of the plate, please use it carefully. Be careful that it may gets scratches and damages from the induction hob.
