The governor has two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode up to 20km/h (factory default). (2) High speed mode up to 38km/h.Installation Steps 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the top of the riser; keep these screws. 3. Open the housing to access the display and connected wire. Locate the middle connector and disconnect it. 4. Insert the governor between the meter and the wire, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding damage to internal pins. 5. Place the governor in the center of the riser and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button to restart the scooter.
