Take 5-10ml of sample, let it sit, and then remove the supernatant for testing.2. Perform the test at room temperature, approximately 25C.[Test Method]:1. Immerse the reaction area of the test strip in the test solution for 1-2 seconds. Remove the test strip and drain any excess water.2. After 30 seconds, compare the color of the reaction area of the test strip with the color of the colorimetric chart to determine the test value of the test solution.3. The colorimetric time should be controlled within 60 seconds. Excessive or insufficient time will affect the reading.[Precautions]:1. When removing the test strip, do not touch the reaction end of the test strip to avoid contamination and distorting the test results.2. After removing the required number of test strips, seal and store the remaining test strips away from light. 3. Keep the test liquid as colorless or light-colored as possible.
