Product Description 40V 900W high power brushless motor controller with constant speed electric garden machinery three-phase brushless driver, no Hall sensor type. Designed for use in electric garden tools such as lawn mowers. This drive maintains constant speed operation regardless of load or no-load conditions within the nominal speed range. Speed is determined by motor parameters and may vary between motors. Speed is approximately limited to 70% of the motor’s no-load speed at 36V. Motor speed remains stable under load, with wide speed preservation margin. Power supply voltage level does not affect speed output. Not all brushless motors are compatible. Compatibility depends on specific motor characteristics, generally suitable for low-speed running brushless motors. The driver operates within 30-43V input range. Features a high-quality internal design with 75V 190A MOSFETs, stamped copper plate for high-current components, and drag solder construction. Motor output uses 12AWG high-temperature silicone wires. Power input connector is a 60A gold-plated jack. Controller connection details are shown in the included diagram. The detection signal line must be connected to a 10K resistor and the negative terminal. The start line connects to two control switches. Once power is applied, the start line enables operation.
