Some individuals have veins that are small or deep, which can make it difficult for healthcare professionals to identify them quickly and efficiently. Repeated attempts at venipuncture can cause discomfort and may affect patient confidence in the procedure. This device assists in visualizing veins and may be useful in clinical settings or for general use, suitable for individuals seeking to locate veins with minimal attempts. How to use: Step 1: Reduce ambient light. Dim lighting conditions provide optimal results. Press the button on the bottom of the device to activate the IR LED. Step 2: Gently press the skin with your hand and slowly move the device side to side. Veins will appear as shadows or dark lines along the periphery of the device, illuminated in red. Note: The device must remain in contact with the skin when searching for veins. Lifting the device from the skin will not produce visible results. Step 3: Once veins (shadows/lines) are visible, reposition the IR light over the area for improved clarity. For superficial veins, slightly increase the distance between the light source and skin if the brightness obscures the vein. Follow the vein path to obtain a clear view of its direction and length. Note: It is recommended to select a straight section of vein when possible.
