Power on: just press the "read" button for 1 second. 2. Scale conversion: press the "scale" button for 1 second, select the Brix concentration unit, "S01" stands for Brix, which can also test all sugar-containing liquids. "S02" stands for TDS, which is used to measure the dissolved concentration of solids. 3. Measures: Use a straw to take some samples from the depth 1/2 of the cup, drop 3 to 5 drops on the sample plate, and then cover.
