Gently tap the mold to even out the chocolate and to remove any air bubbles. 2. Place in the fridge/freezer and let the chocolate set. The time depends on the size and what is stated in the recipe. 3. Once your chocolate shell has hardened, pour in your chosen filling (caramel, jam, ganache, etc.) and then seal with a layer of chocolate. Then let the chocolate harden again. 4. Carefully remove the praline from the mold.
