Platform Size: 32mm diameter (includes stainless steel pan) II. Function Buttons and Instructions 1. ON/OFF (Power On/Off) Insert batteries into the battery compartment. Place the scale on a stable, flat surface free from wind and vibration. Ensure the bubble is centered within the black ring. Press ON/OFF to power on. The display will show 88888, then 0.000, indicating the scale is ready for use. Press ON/OFF again to turn off. If weighing in windy conditions, use the windshield. 2. UNIT (Unit Switch Button) Press [UNIT] to switch between weighing units: g / oz / gn / ct / t / ozt. Press and hold [UNIT] for 4 seconds to enter unit selection mode. All units will illuminate, and OZ will flash. Use PCS to toggle the flashing unit on or off. Continue pressing UNIT to cycle through available units. The gram (g) unit cannot be disabled. Press [UNIT] for 4 seconds to exit and return to normal weighing mode. 3. TARE Press [TARE] to re-zero the scale. 4. PCS (Counting Function) Place a known quantity of identical items (e.g., 25, 50, 75, or 100 pieces) on the scale. In normal weighing mode, press and hold [PCS] for 4 seconds. The scale displays the sample weight. Press [PCS] to confirm. The display will show PCS followed by the sample count. Additional items can then be added, and the scale will display "PCS XXX", indicating the total number of items. III. Calibration Function Turn on the scale. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 4 seconds. The display shows 0, followed by the calibration weight value (e.g., 30,000 for a 30g scale, blinking). Place the appropriate calibration weight on the platform. If using the included 20g weight, press PCS to reduce the displayed value to 20,000, then place the 20g weight. The scale will display PASS upon successful calibration. While the value is blinking, use the UNIT button to increase the value and PCS to decrease it, adjusting in 10g increments as needed. The system retains the last calibration setting. IV. Auto Power-Off Setting With the scale off, press and hold ON/OFF for 4 seconds until the display shows 88888 and F1-1. Press UNIT to select auto power-off delay (0 to 5). Option 0 disables auto power-off. Options 1–5 set the idle time (in minutes) before automatic shutdown. The display shows FULL when overloaded. 7. Do not use in humid environments. Remove batteries and store in a cool, dry place when not in use. 8. Avoid cleaning with corrosive or abrasive detergents.
