Platform Size: 32mm diameter (stainless steel pan included) II. Function Buttons and Instructions 1. ON/OFF (Power On/Off) Insert batteries into the battery compartment. Place the scale on a stable, flat surface free from wind and vibration. Ensure the bubble level is centered within the black ring. Press ON/OFF to power on. The display will show 88888, then 0.000, indicating the scale is ready for use. Press ON/OFF again to turn off. If weighing in a drafty area, use the windshield. 2. UNIT (Unit Switch Button) Press [UNIT] to cycle through weighing units: g / oz / gn / ct / t / ozt. Press and hold [UNIT] for 4 seconds to enter unit selection mode. All units will illuminate, and OZ will flash. Use [PCS] to toggle the flashing unit on or off (g cannot be disabled). Press [UNIT] to move to the next unit. Press [UNIT] for 4 seconds to exit and return to normal weighing mode. 3. TARE Press [TARE] to reset the scale to zero. 4. PCS (Counting Function) Place a known quantity of identical items (e.g., 25, 50, 75, or 100) on the scale. In normal weighing mode, press and hold [PCS] for 4 seconds. The scale displays the sample weight. Press [PCS] to confirm. The LCD will show PCS followed by the sample count. Additional items can now be added, and the scale will display "PCS XXX", indicating the total number of items. III. Calibration Function Turn on the scale. Press and hold [ON/OFF] for 4 seconds until the display shows 0, then the calibration value (e.g., 30,000 for 30g model will blink). Place the appropriate calibration weight (30g) on the platform. The display will show PASS upon successful calibration. For 20g models: A 20g calibration weight is included. Press [PCS] to reduce the displayed value to 20g, then place the 20g weight for calibration. When the calibration value is blinking, use [UNIT] to increase and [PCS] to decrease the value in 10g increments. The system saves the last calibration setting. IV. Auto Power-Off Setting With the scale off, press and hold [ON/OFF] for 4 seconds. The display shows 88888, then F1-1. Press [UNIT] to select auto-off delay (0 to 5). Option 0 = disable auto-off; 15 = auto power-off after 15 minutes of inactivity. After selection, the scale returns to normal operation. Accessories Included: 1. 20g calibration weight x1 2. Recalibrate if environmental conditions change, including temperature shifts as small as 1C. 6. The display will show FULL if the load exceeds capacity. 7. Do not use in humid environments. Remove batteries and store in a cool, dry place when not in use. 8. Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
