How to Replace a Bandsaw Blade Tire: 1. Unplug the bandsaw, release the blade tension, and remove the blade. Then remove the bandsaw wheel. 2. Once removed, completely remove or cut away the old tire and any remaining residue. 3. Slide part of the tire onto the wheel rim, then insert a short rod or pipe between the tire and the wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim once to even out the tire's elasticity. 4. Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel surface. Roll and repeat all the way around the rim.
