Bio Integral Noodles 500 g

Organic Mimasa Integral Noodles made with organic whole wheat durum semolina pasta. For its elaboration, a typical Sicilian variety of wheat is used, easy to digest and good absorption by the intestine, avoiding some of the problems caused by the new varieties of wheat that we find on the market. Durum wheat pasta is amber yellow in color and is characterized by uniformity over the entire surface. It is slightly rough to the touch, does not break easily, and has a glassy cut. When cooked, its nutrients are not lost, it can increase up to three times in size, it does not deform, it does not dissolve and it leaves the water used for cooking clean and colorless. Cooked, it has a yellowish color and a pleasant smell and taste. Easily absorbs juices and sauces. It has more consistency and a subtle hazelnut flavor It is recommended to boil the pasta for 7 minutes and then mix it with vegetables, Mimasa organic piquillo sauce or other options to taste.
