Forward and reverse switching, stop braking, potentiometer (PWM) speed control, LED motor status display, motor protection: MOS poweron selftest, MOS overtemperature protection, stall protection, overcurrent protection. The drive module measures 78 x 57 mm in width, with a board thickness of 1.6 mm. The operating voltage is 680 V and supports reverse polarity protection. It will not be damaged by reverse connection of the power cable. 3. Builtin potentiometer (0.55 V), PWM speed control (frequency 120 kHz, duty cycle 10100%). Integrated FG speed feedback interface, calculates speed (RPM) FG frequency (Hz) x 60 / pole pair number. Integrated CW/CCW steering control interface: open for clockwise rotation, shorted to GND for counterclockwise rotation. 4. This is mounted on a standard PCB. For motors with a current below 5 A, no heat dissipation is required; only normal ventilation is needed. For drive currents exceeding 5 A, heat dissipation must be activated. The provided heat sink is designed for continuous operation at 20 A. The builtin LED display indicates standby, operation, error, and status conditions.
