Note that the maximum output resolution of this device is 480p/576p. Zero Lag: The RetroScaler2x is a zero-lag device, verified through multiple measurements and various test setups. Region Compatibility: Both NTSC and PAL signals are supported, but conversion between NTSC and PAL is not provided. This means you can connect a signal that matches your display's compatibility, but NTSC may not work on PAL-only displays and vice versa. Filter Modes: The "FIL" mode is user preference-based. Most retro gamers prefer FIL mode off for 2D games (e.g., SNES) and on for 3D games (e.g., N64). Additionally, FIL mode may help reduce flicker in some 480i-only games. In such cases, it is easy to route o externally. Power Input: Any standard Micro-USB power adapter can be used to power the RetroScaler2x, as it is highly power-efficient. It can even be powered via the USB port of a compatible TV. Power Switch: Toggles the device power on and off. Input Select (INPUT SELECT): This button cycles through composite, S-Video, and component video inputs.
