Features: Two-Channel Matching Logarithmic Amplifier with Integrated Phase Detector The gains and phase difference of two input signals can be measured from low frequency to 2.7 GHz. AD8302 is not only suitable for measuring the gains and phase difference of amplifiers, and other circuits, but also suitable for testing wireless base stations and test equipment. When measuring the gains, the dynamic ranges of the two input signals is ±30dB, and the sensitivity of the output is 30 mVdB. The error is less than 0.5. The output voltages corresponding to -30dB is 30mV, and the output voltages corresponding to + 30dB is 1.8V. The output current is 8mA and the conversion rate is 25V/μs. The ratio coefficients of accurate measurement is 30mVdB.
