COMPLETE SET: 1 sourdough starter jar, 1 aluminum lid, 1 silicone scraper, 1 thermometer band, 1 date marked feeding band, 1 cloth cover. RECORD TIME andamp OBSERVED TEMPERATURE: The feeding date tracker band is easy to slide and helps you remember when to feed the starter. To indicate the feeding time, move the band sideways, and mark the feeding level by moving the band up and down. The thermometer band can also help you determine the best storage location for your starter. DIFFERENT LID: When the starter needs to be stored in the fridge for a week or more, the aluminum lid can be sealed tightly for storage. During the initial fermentation, use a breathable cloth cover with a strong elastic band, allowing good airflow in and out of the jar. SOURDOUGH STARTER JAR: With a large opening, the jar is easy to clean and convenient for adding flour and water to stir the contents and remove the starter when needed. Additionally, the net weight of the jar's graduated amount line is printed on the jar for easy monitoring of your starters. Note: Due to the light and screen setting difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. Please allow slight dimension difference due to different manual measurement.
