The device te has an advanced integrated feedback design and a proprietary high-speed gate driver error correction function (PurePath™ Ultra HD). This technology allows the device to maintain ultra-low distortion across the audio band while delivering sound quality. The device operates in AD mode and can drive up to two 315W/4R loads and two 150W (uncut power)/8R loads at 1.5% , and te has a 2VRMS analog input interface that supports seamless connection to high-performance DACs such as TI's PCM5242. In addition to excellent audio performance, the TPA3255 also combines the benefits of high power efficiency and ultra-low power stage idle losses (less than 2.5W). This can be achieved with an 85mR MOSFET and an optimized gate driver scheme. This solution provides a significant reduction in idle loss compared to traditional discrete implementations.
