If your key is larger than the module housing, remove the chip or PCB from the key and place it inside the module. The induction coil transmits the chip signal to the vehicle’s ignition lock coil. Installation Instructions: A spare key is required to place the chip inside the module. If the original key is too large, carefully open it to extract the chip or PCB unit. Some vehicles use RFID chip keys. To enable remote start functionality, a bypass module is required; otherwise, the engine will not start.
