Stirling Tank Engine Model Steam Power Engine Physics Science Educational Kits

Condition: 100% Brand New
Item Type: Stirling Engine Model
Material: Stainless Steel
Color: As Pictures Shown
Instructions:
1. Buy 95% alcohol (commonly sold in pharmacies). The alcohol with a concentration lower than 95% has a low burning value, which may cause the district motive to engine model.
2. Add about 2/3 of alcohol to the alcohol lamp (not full, it is easy to overflow when full).

3. Then ignite the alcohol lamp to preheat the heating cylinder for about 2 minutes; take the front end of the car as the standard, pull the flywheel clockwise to give the engine an initial power, otherwise the engine will not run. (The larger the flame, the greater the strength when pulling the flywheel, and the easier the engine starts.)
1、Exquisite and simple appearance, simulate the original shape of the tank, the decorative weapon makes the tank model more realistic.
2、The main components are made of staniless steel for durability and inoxidizability, and the tracks are made of rubber to make it and light in overall structure.
3、The tank has a safe alcohol lamp mounting bracket. The light structure and sufficient power make the tank have a certain ability to cross obstacles.
4、The burning alcohol lamp provides heat to expand the internal gas, increasing the power of the internal molecular gas acting on the flywheel. With the help of the flywheel, the heat energy is converted into mechanical kinesthetic energy.
5、Education and fun through practical operation, you can observe the entire process of operating the stirling engine, a more intuitive understanding of the stirling principle and deepen your interest in physics. 6、The product has been assembled and can be used directly, not only is it a great educational toy for kids, but it can also be used as a collectible.
1 x Tank Engine

1 x Needle

1 x Tweezers

1 x Light

1 x Alcohol Cylinder

1 x Glass Tube

1 x Rubber Band

2 x Rubber Ring

1 x Rope
1. It is best to use in a windless environment (windy flames will be biased, and the combustion will not reach the heating cylinder, resulting in the engine not turning)
2. During the travel of the car, wind will be generated, causing the flame to flutter, and the heating cylinder cannot be heated. Sometimes the car will not move when it is walking. This is a normal situation, not an engine failure. (You can adjust the wick to the front appropriately)
3. The glass gas pipe in the heating cylinder cannot touch the inner wall of the heating pipe, which causes the engine to not rotate due to excessive friction.
4. Check whether each node is stuck, otherwise the engine speed will be low or even unable to run.
5. The wick of the alcohol lamp cannot touch the heating test tube, which will cause the heating test tube to rupture.
6. The heating cylinder and power cylinder must not be filled with any liquid (such as water and oil), otherwise the engine friction will be too great and it will not run.
7. If the engine is running normally and the trolley cannot move, please check whether the wheels are stuck or there are debris on the wheels.
8. Pay attention to the trolley to handle it, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the fragile parts.
9. Please note that the new type and old type of this product will be sent randomly, and make sure you will not mind before ordering.
